Shipping time

Orders will be shipped in 3 to 5 days after ordering. The tracking will be available when the order is ready.

European Union

Airguns3D uses a flat-rate shipping price to all countries in the European Union.

Other European countries

Customs

If ordering from outside of the European Union, please make sure to check import regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for items not clearing customs due to import regulations.

It is also important to note that you may be subject to extra costs like import taxes if ordering from outside the European Union.

Returns

Any product can be returned for any reason within 14 days after delivery. To return your product, please use the contact form or contact support@airguns3d.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and customs fees for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

Airguns3D offers a limited 3-year warranty on all products. If you any issues with the product, feel free to reach out to discuss options.

Please note that all products are more or less made from 3D-printed polymer and therefore need to be handled accordingly.
